Job Summary

Are you passionate about using technology to improve business performance and drive digital transformation? ZEP-RE (PTA Reinsurance Company) is looking for a dynamic Systems Business Analyst to join our team and help strengthen our enterprise system’s environment. In this role, you will support, maintain, and optimize key business applications to ensure operational efficiency, data integrity, and a seamless user experience. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance system utilization, resolve incidents within defined SLAs, and monitor system performance through clear KPIs.

Job Details

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Systems Support & Maintenance

  • Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for enterprise applications.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal availability and reliability of business systems across the organization.
  • Support, configure, and implement software applications, including SUN Systems Financial System, SICSnt Reinsurance Management System (DXC Reassure), and HRIS.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents within agreed SLAs.

B. Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis

  • Engage stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into system specifications and functional configurations.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancements.

C. System Configuration & Implementation

  • Configure new modules and system enhancements based on approved requirements.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Support integration between systems where applicable.

D. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Generate system usage, SLA, and KPI reports for management.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

E. Governance, Documentation & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and internal controls.
  • Support audit processes by providing required system documentation and reports.

F. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with software vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Track vendor performance against agreed service levels.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal business units.

G. User Training & Change Management

  • Conduct user training sessions and system demonstrations.
  • Support change management initiatives related to new system implementations.
  • Promote effective utilization of systems across departments.

H. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Research emerging technologies and Insurtech trends.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and automation.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in ERP, HRIS, or Financial Systems are an added advantage.
  • ITIL certification is desirable.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in systems analysis, application support, or IT business systems.
  • Proven experience supporting financial systems, reinsurance systems, or HRIS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in insurance, financial services, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of business software systems such as SUN Systems, SICSnt (DXC Reassure), SeamlessHR, or similar platforms, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights, with familiarity in IT service management practices and SLA compliance.
